Message The reason the run wasn't posted was the camera boy obviously didn't know how to use a camera. The footage was terrible. He filmed only the floor and some coolant did leak out of the radiator cap when that pull took place. I am using ARP studs with stock headgaskets. (Which is honestly an experiment in the capacity of a stock headgasket)
The extreme pressure must have briefly lifted the heads slightly and allowed some combustion into the coolant galleys.
After the run was over everything was fine, the combustion chambers were sealed back up.
I drove it home from the dyno without any problems and I continued to drive the car. The car is still running great now, although it is just sitting in our showroom. I intend to make more dyno runs and provide more charts, but with our move and getting settled in there has been no time for working on a personal car. Hopefully it will even get to the track a few times after the first of the year.
I really don't have any time to do anything with the car right now, but it will happen in the near future.
I've never started or endorsed a single post being made about any of this. I didn't come here and brag about it or anything. I told all the guys at Z1 I didn't want anything posted about it, because no matter what we do or what knowlege we have to offer, there is just a lot of negativity on here. If you want to know who couldn't hold it in and had to brag about it do a search to find who posted about it first.
